A classroom of pupils working at their desks, “You will succeed” chalked on the board.
For schools & partners

Your seats. Your catchment.
One direct line.

A school account is deliberately narrow: live seat capacity, your own profile, the families near you, and a written channel to the programme office that keeps its answer. There is no separate school-platform fee; the programme organisation pays its connected-code rate when a person uses an issued code.

Eight things a school account is

Narrow on purpose, and live

A student on a mountain path in a knitted hat.
Seats

Recounted from real placements

Your total, minus what you reserved, minus the placements actually running — worked out fresh on every read, and floored at zero.

Students on a blossoming hillside.
Unknown

Not the same as full

Where you have not told us a total, it says so rather than showing a zero. Confusing the two costs you students.

Two colleagues over one tablet screen.
Your profile

What the matching engine reads

Subjects, languages, advanced track, clubs, grade range, interview requirement, and the families in your catchment.

Two students laughing together outdoors.
The boundary

No student files, by design

Nothing in the database grants a school account access to a student record — so this portal cannot show you one.

Someone smiling on the phone by the water.
The direct line

A question that keeps its answer

It reaches a named owner rather than a department, and the answer comes back onto the request itself.

A student in a bucket hat under trees.
Meetings

A required adult, always

Because a minor is present, an adult from the organisation is required and cannot be unchecked.

Your open seats are not a number somebody maintains. It is your total, minus what you reserved, minus the placements that are actually running — worked out fresh every time the page loads, and floored at zero.

Where you have not told us a total, it says so rather than showing a zero. Unknown is not the same as full, and a matching engine that confuses the two costs you students.

What the matching engine actually reads about you

FieldWhy it matters
Subjects offered A required subject you cannot deliver blocks a match outright — it is never quietly scored down
Languages taught Scored against what the student asked for
Advanced track AP, IB or A-Level — an adjacent track gets partial credit
Sports & clubs Matched against what the student wrote about themselves
Grade range Whether the student fits the year groups you take
Interview required So a programme plans for it instead of discovering it
Families in catchment Counted from host families linked to you, with their commute

Commute is scored on a real curve: full marks at fifteen minutes, fifteen per cent of them at sixty, and a commute past a family’s own stated limit blocks the match rather than lowering it. How matching works →

You will not see a student’s file, and that is the point

Your seats, your subjects and the families in your catchment are live and they are yours. The named list of placed students is held by the programme office. Nothing in the database grants a school account access to a student record — so this portal cannot show you one, even if somebody asked it to.

Your coordinator can send you the roster, and can tell you which transcripts are outstanding. That is one message, and it is on record.

The same boundary is why a school in another country cannot read about your students either.

“A named person, never a department. The context travels with it, so nobody is asked to repeat themselves.”

Why an owner and not a shared inbox.

The direct line

A question that keeps its answer

The same one-button channel every student and family has. You write the question, it reaches a named owner rather than a department — academic matters have a one-day target — and the answer comes back onto the request itself, so it is still there in six months when somebody asks what was agreed.

When school raises something

Four calendars, three zones, and a required adult

Every candidate time is written in every attendee’s own zone at once. Nobody converts anything, and each row says what is wrong with it — late for the guardian, she is in Chemistry.

The clash check runs against her real timetable, not against a guess.

Because a minor is present, an adult from the organisation is required and cannot be unchecked.

Minutes go to everyone who attended plus the guardian, and an action with a date becomes a task with a reminder.

For schools

No separate school fee

The programme organisation pays its plan's connected-code rate when a school contact uses an issued code. An unused code is not billed.

There is no separate school-platform fee. The programme organisation pays its connected-code rate for each school contact who uses an issued code. If the organisation placing students with you runs on spreadsheets, this is the page to send them.
